I know you would say the same thing. It may be time to pull hope into your life in the form of hopes daughter, anger. You picked it up. I always grow better on a personal level, at a team level because like you said, I wrote that down too. I started focusing for four solid weeks, four hours a day on one thing in the morning for four hours, on what I could do from a creativity and from a problem-solving perspective that I could begin focusing on in the organization. Anger at the way things are, courage to do something about it. And I would just ask you on a personal level, before you ever go global, just lets go micro for a minute. And still to this day, I look at people that run marathons and just think, Wait, theres got to be a piece of just a masochist in there. They are the same age: three to five years. Thats what so many people are doing now is the quiet quit is happening. If youd say, By gosh, John. Youre making a commitment. But for me, any change, and a lot of times even in my family life or even in very personal things to me, change, very quickly after the change is recognized, were going to have to change, theres some changes coming, very quickly, Im able to, and I think this is all discipline, Im able to adjust that and say, Okay, whats going to be the positive out of this change? And again, I dont think that thats necessarily natural to me, although I have an optimistic bent to my personality.
